you will learn about different cheeses & charcuterie and how to arrange them creatively on a board, including tricks such as salami roses & rivers and slicing techniques for cheeses & fruits! Classes are full-service and include all supplies, materials and class instruction. (6 guest minimum $60/per guest). Class time is approximately 1 hour.
