The Grazing Goat Charcuterie is owned and operated by Lorie Renick. The idea to start a Charcuterie business started after my mom and I made our first charcuterie board pictured above. I have lived in the Fairmont WV Area for 25 years, since first coming to Fairmont State for college. I live on a large "Goat Farm" in Marion County with my husband and two sons. We raise Kiko Goats from New Zealand, I felt it was only appropriate to name my business something with "Goat" in the name. I also work as a Registered Nurse in the local Emergency Room. I enjoy taking care of the residents of Marion County.

I wanted to bring a new business to the Fairmont area that would be able to serve a variety of clients. I enjoy doing baby showers, wedding showers and weddings. We also do business and corporate events and luncheons.

My shop is located at 2919 White Hall Blvd, a 1/2 mile past Wal-Mart on the Left. We are currently open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11am-2pm. We have daily items in our grab and go cooler such as (Salads, chicken salad croissants, Charcuterie snack size cups and boxes.)
