The Grazing Goat Charcuterie is owned and operated by Lorie Renick.  

I have always wanted to open a small shop in the Fairmont area and provide a service that is not available in this area. A few years ago, I started making Charcuterie Boards for friends and family. It quickly became a full-time job!  I am thankful to be able to focus on my business and work part time as an ER nurse.
